Teams that want an open-source survey and feedback tool they can self-host with unlimited responses and users.

Why choose it over Typeform

Community self-hosting has unlimited responses and users with full API access, and the AGPL-3.0 code can be inspected and self-hosted commercially. Data stays on your own infrastructure.

Where it falls short

Community is limited to one workspace, and teams and roles, SSO and SAML, and audit logs need a paid Enterprise license. Self-hosting needs a multi-service stack, heavier than a typical form tool.
